• For domain registration, hosting services, or third-party tool costs, as these are non-refundable.

• Clients may request a cancellation before the project starts. If approved, a partial refund may be provided after deducting administrative or processing fees.
• Once the project development has commenced, cancellation requests will not be entertained.
